Self Discovery Session
In our first two sessions, we dedicate our time to laying the foundation for our work together. It is very important for me to learn about you and hear your story. We all have a story: a narrative account of how we are navigating life, our personal experiences in our own words. You story is important as it informs your individual experience in our work together. I tailor my coaching to the specific goals you bring and the goals you are building. This is the foundation on which we will build our work together.
Coaching sessions
During sessions three through eight we will explore the three pillars of Self- Compassion: Self-Kindness, Mindfulness, and Connection to our Greater Humanity.
We begin with self-kindness. It is so easy for women to be kind to others, it is culturally ingrained in us from such an early age. Yet, we tend to disregard self-kindness. This is where we dig deep to craft a plan of action for you to step into self-compassion.
We will go on and explore Mindfulness, staying in the moment of the struggle or the problem that needs to be solved and practice the implementation of this important skill.
Connection to our Greater Humanity is a powerful pillar. Frequently, when we are feeling discouraged or like a failure, we default to isolation. We quell the inner dialogue and remember our place in our greater humanity, realizing that we are never alone.
